Awh, That was really fun though. Haven't had any matches like that before.
And does the game pair you based on skill? I've now been paired with people who are really bad at the game (like Zig), like I was the only person to score over 750 in the first game after that, I got like 1200 with the gold dynamo which I never even use.
Also I don't know if I should be messing around or not anymore and keep just doing silly things.

Srsly though, me you and nat are the only people over level 10... And I'm not even trying to get coverage and winning in points most of the time.
Like no one made it to the middle of Arowana mall in the first minute of that match. o.o
I think it matches based on the "majority" of the room. So if for whatever reason you join a room at level 20 when every else is level 7 and one person leaves, it'll put someone else near level 7 since that's what a majority of the players are.

After seeing the highway in the background that reminded me of Urchin Underpass, I'm starting to wonder if the maps are designed to be "connected" like in Mario Kart: Double Dash.
