Yeah I've dropped all the way from B+ to B- now. I've lost a lot of matches in a row, I need to really up my game!
 
Anyone here actually reached the A rank? and is there an A+?

I got to A but then I got screwed over when Tower Control was released and it dropped me down. Is it Splat Zones right now?

I'm pretty good I guess. I use the Tentatek Splattershot because it's really good for getting kills in something like this (usually 10+ per match) plus it has Suction Bombs that stick to the tower and the Inkzooka can take out snipers. I also make sure to have a Swim Speed Up main ability so I can get to the tower super quick (since I rarely ever Super Jump). A Strength Up helps too just in case. But again it's really all up to your team. I've had loads of matches where we were losing, went into overtime, took the tower, and managed to win by one point. x:

Ok, imma use your teachings for a few matches and see how I do :D
 
I'm much better at tower control / much prefer it to splat zones but I don't feel like that's the popular opinion lol. I started them both around the same time which is probably why.

I use the Tentatek a lot too, I'm always using the suction bombs. I don't always play a specific strategy though - I see what everyone else is doing. If someone else is in the tower then I ink the path ahead so the opposing team can't get to the tower quickly. Sometimes, I go out of the path to charge my special. I could also ink my way to popular sniper locations to prevent other team from getting there. Or I could hang just behind the tower in case the person on it gets hit. But most of the time I just get splatted haha.
 
After trying ten tower matches with different people each time, I won nine and moved up to b-

I went from 78 points to 12 points in A- because I decided to do TC at rig/bluefin depot (the places I hate the most for TC).
I either got really lucky or it was just easy getting to 78 with the other TC maps. I don't feel like ending up at 0-2 points so I give up for now lmao. Doesn't help getting a communication error or two either .-.

Have I been lagging lately? Some peeps say I've been laggy af and I've been experiencing some serious lag on my end the past few days but I dunno how to fix it ;-;

You don't seem laggy to me~
It gets pretty laggy at night imo

nvm I take that back, you were just on my team and lagging badly. Like disappearing and reappearing farther away lag.
