I'm a 30-something level that can't get past B, just goes up and down in the same letter if anybody wants to add ryan91676 I play nights and mornings mostly.
 
I got connection unstable a lot but it might have been my internet. It caused me to go from A+ high 80s back down to A rank. >.<
 
I saw a thread on another forum asking about the connection thing and I saw quite a few people who said they were having the unstable connection issue since the big update... Idk whats wrong with it.



On another note I keep getting soo close to S rank but its always Tower Control and ****ty maps.

I cant remember the last time Bluefin Depot, Arowana Mall or Kelp Dome havent been on hte map rotation... .-.
 
If an article on the blog Nintendo Everything is to be believed, a Nintendo representative acknowledged awareness of the post-update connection problem, and said the issue had been forwarded to the 'higher ups' with highest priority given. Having read the official Nintendo patch notes, it seems likely that the 2.1.0 update which, if memory serves, was just released, addresses that issue.

This morning, lost my B+, but then got my B+ back. Progress! Seriously, though, feels good to quickly re-earn a rank I recently got for the first time.

Yeah this patch didn't fix anything. Played half a game, connection unstable, DC. Played a full game, next one connection unstable right at the start. I can barely play this game at all anymore.

I experienced several disconnects after updating, too (including one very sad 'connection unstable' followed by an error message literally one second before a match ended). Tried resetting the router and did not have a problem since (i.e., about a dozen matches so far). Maybe in this case it was just a problem on my end. No idea.
 
I was so excited when the update announced more gear, which ended up being a mistake. </3 Ah well. I'm still not done buying everything anyway. </3

And oh my God, it felt like every single match had Echolocator.

It isn't fun playing against Erika because she uses her witch powers to make someone on the other team disconnect every time. So it's always 3v4 against her.

:( I swear i did no such thing. It's actually not fun going against another team with three members.
 
Smh. At S rank you only get +4 each round of ranked if you win .u.

Luckily you only get -5 when you lose.
 
I wouldn't know about S rank. I had A once but now I'm back to B+ and just barely hanging on.

It doesn't help that every time I play with my squad we have one S so we get paired with an all S+ team and lose. .-.

What I heard from an S rank streaming on Twitch is that the scoring gets even more brutal when you reach 70 points on S rank; i.e., instead of an average of +4 for wins, expect +3, and instead of an average of -5 for a loss, expect -6.
