Yeah, it looks quite hectic really especially with those big orders.
I believe the most effiecent way is to have a town that's solely dedicated to breeding and lots of TT.
Like no care for the villagers too. And you know, while at it, with that flower breeding town, if you build up till you get an
Emporium, buy them bush starts and you can make small cash everyday or so simply by buying bush start & fertilizer
As you breed flowers like a crazy gardener.

It's somewhat similar what I'll do eventually with my smaller 3DS since I have an XL now.

If you need bushstarts, fertiliser or hybrid roses I have some in my Lapidis town I'm about to restart. If you need/want some lemme know. They'll go into the void otherwise.
