Star Fragments Question

Hi ~

Thank you for taking the time to read! I had my first meteor shower and got the wand recipe from Celeste. I wished on a 200+ stars last night but don't have a whole bunch of fragments and all the ones I found were normal star ones not the large one which you need one of for the recipe.

I know they show up throughout the day but just a few questions.

Does 200 wishes mean 200 fragments?
How can I get different ones?
How do I know that's it for the day? (Kinda tedious checking the beach in hopes and nothing is there)

I wished on 200 on my first meteor shower and only got 15-20 fragments and one of those was the large one.

They seem to respawn on my beach throughout the day. You dont get as many fragments as wishes though. I think for every 10 wishes you have a chance of getting one fragment.

Unfortunately, 200 wishes =/= 200 fragments, though it does mean you'll probably keep getting fragments washing up throughout the entire day. Whether or not you get aries fragments or large fragments seems to be totally random.

Not true, because I once made 6 wishes and got 6 fragments. It seems more like 1 wish = 1 fragment, but only a certain number can show up at a time, so it eventually caps out.

The max you can wish is 20 times (don't quote me on that) and the fragment appear on the beach throughout the day so even if you pick up all the fragment in the morning, it can still come in the afternoon and even at night. I believe it stop appearing after 10pm.

Regarding which fragment you get, I believe that not all shooting star are the same. I seen aries star (the one that shoot at the same time as the regular shooting star) (don't quote me on that, just a guess) and those are much rarer as they are harder to wish than regular shooting star.

As for large vs small star fragment, I think that just random.

Ah okay. I guess it may cap at 20 or so? That's the most I've gotten at once.
