Start of new month

I don't TT so the start of each month is such fun. Worthwhile trips to museum, new catches. Just found out you shiver after diving. Guess water is colder. Love this game. Will watch Breaking Bad later!

omg! I'm going to be thinking about this all through dinner, I want to go diving now!!

personally I'm thrilled to have cicadas gone (well, in my game, irl they're all over my neighborhood so I can still hear them) and replaced by crickets! Not looking forward to seeing if mole crickets are as irritating as they were in City Folk.

I always love the change of the month. I make it a habit to catch everything new on the first day... and I have accomplished that.

I still have new stuff to catch on the 15th, though, since this month is special.

I even "dived" with the Y button and no shivering... OP probably found it on some site where they translated it wrong. Sneeze and shiver aren't that different in terms of spelling.

I've actually begun to dread the beginning of a new month, since it means I'll have to do some fishing and trample all over the newly-grown grass on the river banks of my town, haha.

Really, though, I am looking forward to seeing what the new season has to offer. The shivering thing seems like a cute little touch.

I had not considered this AT ALL. Pretty sure I'll have to tear holes in someone else' town (they better not be like bees/tarantulas and scorpions and stop spawning with open gates) cause I'm not relocating a ton of flowers to my beach just for a bug. I doubt I'd manage to pick up enough to find it anyway, crickets were hard enough to find amidst my fields today. ~ sound locating was too broad so I had to stand a ways south of them and wait for them to jump. xP

My favorite thing already are the bell crickets. They're my favorite bug in the series cause they make such a calming sound.
Maybe I think it's really calming because I've been pulling my hair out listening to annoying cicadas.
I haven't been diving yet, but reading you guys' posts makes me want to!

Loving being able to wear long sleeved shirts and sweaters without fanning myself! I only wish that September's lucky items looked a little nicer placed indoors.
