Stored Messages?

Hi there,
I got the pop up telling me that my inbox is almost full, I cleaned it out but I noticed I have over 200 'stored messages'.
How do I get to them and delete them?

Update: I cleared out all but 7 messages from sent and I still have 200 stored.
Update Update: I clicked "empty folder". Now it all gone. that settles that.

They could be in your other folders like sent. I know sent messages count as stored messages.
