I follow this guide every morning and evening and keep track in my transactions list! Everything can be done every 12 hours it looks like, except for creating a new thread which takes around 14 hours in my experience.

We don’t know for sure obviously, but since there are 9 bunny balloon colors and 94 balloons currently sold, I don’t think 8 sweet balloons is too bad of a rate—those numbers could easily result from an equal drop rate, especially as I’m sure a few of the 94 were purchased after the last balloon reveal.
