I browsed through the Marketplace to look for reference prices, and I saw anywhere from 700 TBT - 3250 TBT in Jhine's shop (1625 using the 50% off with TBT rule), so I'm honestly not too sure how much is fair, and I don't want to accidentally underestimate the value to you!!
Would 1,000 TBT work for you? That's how much I'd be willing to offer at the moment, though I completely understand if you were hoping for more! I haven't seen many for sale at the moment that have prices listed to make me feel confident whether it's fair or not!

If we can ask for multiples, can I ask for the rest of the common flowers? If there's a future flower breeding event I would like to try it out. I had no flowers last year so I didn't really do anything. If not though I'll just ask for the white rose, thank you. : )
