still some people do not realize what they are doing is wrong, they might say "well I'd let so-and-so shake my trees, why can't I shake theirs". Also there is a thing called a warning, a person might have done something bad and be sorry for it. But I guess not, there is a thread up and people are warning others to isolate him/her.

The hacked items. You can't tell if they are hacked unless you are a good programmer. But if they are green lightsabers then yes they are hacked.

I don't really get though about the stolen things. You could have been more specific on what you mean is stolen. It is your responsibility on the game if your items are outside then inside. But you can use cheats to steal items.

Hacked in that context means getting your town hacked like deleting all the grass or completely corrupting your game memory.
