I think people confuse the sushi platter and the good luck roll. Sushi platter is orderable and no big deal. Good luck roll looks like a sushi roll, is not orderable, and is more rare. Idk just my thoughts.

no, I saw the thread the OP bought her sushi platter in. It was a ton of non-rare re-orderable stuff going for 100k-500k bells. clearly the seller was taking orders, tting to her mail deliver, and then bringing the stuff over. her right to do so but it was pretty exploitative of some of the buyers.

Okay, the chair is awesome....if it was a hat! It is not re-orderable however.

It's kinda cute though....when you put it in your house it looks like a giant stopped by. So good for the fairytale theme....yeah, I'm sticking with that story!

hahaha yes. I saw the fedora chair when I bought the guide and had to send my boyfriend a picture. it's so hideous and hilarious.

What? The sushi platter is a Nooklings item. It's not even Japan-only.
Guys, please don't be scammed by these people overcharging for catalog orderable items. Seriously, if you guys need any catalog orderable furniture, just PM me. I have almost all of the catalog orderable furniture by this point. I could let you buy it for the catalog price or just catalog it for free.
If you're unsure how to get a particular item, I also will tell you how you can get it if you don't know.
Edit: Heck, or I'll even GIVE you some catalog-able furniture for FREE if you help me get the catalog order clothing pieces I need. I need a ton of those, but I'm only missing ~20 orderable furnitures.

Some quick things...
1. The Fedora Chair is not reorderable.
2. The Sushi Platter is actually a normal item you can just buy in the Nookling shop. The DLC isn't always a unique item--in fact, many of Korea's have been items you can just get ingame. Europe is getting a Topknot Wig for example which is sold in Able Sister's.

We also need to remember a lot of the Rare Japanese DLC may at some point be released in the US & EU. When you buy a high priced region specific item you risk having the item become common later on. Before buying 'Rare' items always make sure to do your homework if you are concerned about getting scammed, and check if the item is orderable via HH or catalog. If it is, there is a good chance we'll get it at some point since it isnt exactly an 'exclusive' item.
