How do you determine the winner at the end (when is the end?)?

The person with the most wins win. This system is very flawed though. I rather have parings and keep whitling the amount of entrys till one is undefeated.

So someone could play 20 games and win all of them = 20 wins. But someone can play 100 games and only win a third of them, but they would beat the undefeated person.

You can only play those who signed up. If you aren't getting around to playing who has signed up, it's on you of course. It's the first tourney and it's essentially to test out online capabilities and such. Everything is going quite well. Next tourney will be a ladder.
