Yeah you definitely can take the adamant one instead of jolly! :3

And nope we don't need to add our FC to trade, we just have to go to Y-Com and make sure to enter the exact link code and we should be able to trade, but to make sure we get each other, it's best to double check the trainer name! My trainer name is Miharu.
