ANIMAL CROSSING WIKI

Peaches (ドサコ,, Dosako?) is a normal horse villager in the Animal Crossing series. Her catchphrase, "neighbor," is a pun on the sound horses make. She is absent in Animal Crossing: Wild World but reappeared in Animal Crossing: City Folk and Animal Crossing: New Leaf
Appearance

Peaches is a pink horse with orange cheeks, red hair, and a white stripe on her nose. She also has orange on the inside of her ears. She initially wears a Lite Polka Shirt, and her eyes are crosses, like Stitches. This could be why she did not appear in Animal Crossing: Wild World.

Personality

Below is a brief description of the normal personality.

Peaches has a normal personality. She is shy and caring, and may get upset easily. She is also cheerful and sweet. When she asks the player for favors, she often compliments their speed (even if it actually takes a while). She wakes up at 5am like other normal villagers, and will appear inside towards the middle of the day. She will enjoy partaking in the usual hobbies; bug catching, fishing, fossil hunting, and the others. She may mention an unseen friend called Moppina, an imaginary friend which comes from her hygiene and cleanliness concerns. Peaches will get on well with peppy and jock villagers, appearing motherly or sisterly towards them. She may become upset when talking to a cranky villager, due to their cruel nature which makes them appear rude when talking about other villagers. She enjoys talking to the player; if you make her upset, she will bounce back and give you a present.

House

In City Folk, Peaches has a kiddie theme to her house. In Animal Crossing, she has slight nursery theme to her room - she has the kiddie wall and the playroom floor, an elephant slide, and a wobbelina. K.K. Song plays. Peaches also has the Squelchoid set of gyroids. Se?or K.K. plays in her house on a kiddie stereo.

ANIMAL CROSSING WIKI

Cally (パセリ, Paseri?, Parsley) is a normal squirrel who first appeared in Animal Crossing: New Leaf. Cally was known as Sally in other games, but was likely renamed as a result of another villager named Sally also occurring in Animal Crossing: New Leaf. Her name can be a shortening of the female name Calliope. Her catchphrase may be a reference to the fast movement of squirrels as they run up a tree.

Appearance

Cally is a light, mocha beige squirrel with substantially large, pink cheeks and very round eyes with spaced off, dark brown pupils and eyelashes. Her tail is pinstriped chocolate brown with creamy white in a swirl. She has a regular, typical smile. She has three brown stripes on top of her head. Her initial clothing is the ladybug shirt, showing her love for Gracie's fashions.

Personality

Below is a brief description of the normal personality.

Cally has a normal personality. She is shy and caring, and may get upset easily. When she asks the player for favors, she often compliments their speed (even if it actually takes a while). She wakes up at 5 AM like other normal villagers, and will appear inside towards the middle of the day. She will enjoy partaking in the usual hobbies and not worry about her appearance with a shovel or fishing rod. She will get on well with peppy and jock villagers, appearing as an "older" sister or mother to them. She also gets along with lazy villagers. She may become upset or offended when talking to cranky villagers, who enjoy gossiping or being cruel about other villagers.

House

Cally's house has many items from the Modern Wood Series, including the bed, the table, the lamp, the TV, and the stool. She also has an Alpine Table, with a red hat on it. She has a Music Box playing K.K. Love Song on top of her Modern Wood Table, as well as a few instruments.

ANIMAL CROSSING WIKI

Simon (エテキチ,, Etekichi?) is a lazy monkey villager from the Animal Crossing series . His name comes from the word "simian" which refers to the class of higher apes and humans. His name may also be a reference to the game "Simon Says", a game that relies on the concept "monkey see, monkey do."

Simon from Wild World
Simon is a brown monkey with a white muzzle and red around his eyes. He has a long brown tail. He some-what resembles the blue and red-eared monkey species.

Below is a brief description of the lazy personality.

Simon has a lazy personality, which means he will enjoy eating and sleeping. Cranky villagers will admire his laid-back attitude, yet jock villagers may argue with him due to his lack of exercise. Simon will get along with other lazy villagers due to the same interest.

ANIMAL CROSSING WIKI

Wolfgang (ロボ, Robo?) is a cranky wolf villager who has appeared in every game in the Animal Crossing series so far. His name is derived from the same name in the German language. His picture quote in Wild World, "I could eat you for breakfast, short stack," may be a reference to the chef, Wolfgang Puck, famous for his breakfast dishes. He is also on the cover for K.K. Waltz, dancing with Whitney. This fact on top of his skill of memorizing things could be a reference to the renown musician and composer, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. He appears on the album cover for K.K. Adventure

Appearance

Wolfgang is a dark navy blue wolf with a creamy yellow muzzle and highlight streaks in his fur. He has dark, burnt-orange eyelids, and wears Gracie's Top as his initial clothing, hinting that he may be unusually fashion-conscious for an animal of his personality.

Personality

Below is a brief description of the cranky personality.

As a cranky villager, Wolfgang will appear mature compared to other male personality types, and will often refer to you as a kid. This will make him come off as rude and belittling when talking to certain villagers with contrasting personalities, including the player. Despite this, he will learn to confide in the player, considering them his only friend and he will become easier to talk to. He will enjoy the usual hobbies; not for competition, but for relaxing and peaceful reasons of calm and tranquility. He will find it difficult to socialize with peppy villagers, who he will appear rude behind their backs to them. He will get along with lazy and snooty villagers, as well as other cranky villagers, who he will share deeper conversations with. He will, on occasion, annoy a normal villager, usually when being mean about something or someone. When he is sick, he will insult the illness, sometimes asking himself how it took his immune system down. His dream is to be a journalist.

House

Wolfgang has items from modern theme in his house, such as the modern bed, sofa, and the flooring. He also has two Howloids in his home. If he has a stereo in his house, it will play K.K. Song. In Animal Crossing, he has K.K. Rock. The amount of modern themed furniture further hints towards his interest in fashion. In Animal Crossing: New Leaf, his house remains relatively unchanged, but he now has a Mini Echoid.

CAROLINE IN BOXES, taking offers starting at 30 TBT

ANIMAL CROSSING WIKI

Caroline (キャロライン,, Caroline?) is a normal squirrel villager in the Animal Crossing series. She originally appeared in the Japan-only release Animal Forest + and made her international debut in Animal Crossing for GameCube as an Islander named Bliss. Following the release of Wild World she has collectively maintained the name of Caroline throughout the series. The name is frequent in real life. The link between the name and the character may have been adhered from sciurus carolinensis, the derived Latin name for the Eastern gray squirrel. She appears on the cover of Mountain Song.
Appearance

Caroline's appearance has been tweaked slightly since her earlier appearances. Caroline is a dusky red orange squirrel with yellow curly hair and big, blue eyes; her pupils are black and she has emerald eyeliner. Her arms and legs are also light orange and are slightly tipped with a cream white. She has a yellow swirling pinstripe on her tail. She has a tiny nose that is almost the same color as her face. Her mouth appears unhappy - although she is always very happy to see you. Her ears are bright red and a peachy, chalky orange on the inside. She wears the Gelato Shirt that is horizontally striped red, green, and white.

Personality

Below is a brief description of the normal personality.

Caroline is a normal villager, she gets along with most of the characters in the game, but most likely will only be acquainted with the snooty or cranky villagers. She prefers, most of all, the animals that are normal, lazy, jock and peppy since they seem to be a lot nicer. She is also very sensitive. She is another normal villager who mentions Moppina. She is a very kind and generous person (as her type states for normal can also be interpreted as sweet) who rarely gets angry. She often randomly states how much she loves her town and has a passion for nature as she is normally known to talk about flowers and gardening.

House

In her Animal Crossing: Wild World house, she usually has the Ceramic Tile flooring and the Ocean Vista wallpaper. She fills her house with a Life Ring, a surfboard, a beach chair, a basketball hoop, a candy machine, a red sofa, and a Kiddie Stereo that plays DJ K.K. She may eventually ask the player for some Lovely Furniture when she begins to clean out all of her original furniture, leaving her with a low HRA score that she may get depressed over if the player talks to her. Her house's theme might be a reference to what she used on the island in Animal Crossing.

In Animal Crossing: New Leaf, Caroline's house has changed a bit from her past houses. She now has more of a beach theme, since she has 2 Beach Chairs, 4 Volleyball Nets, a big basket of basketballs, and a Cassette Player on the floor playing DJ K.K. She now also has the Desert Sand as her flooring, most likely trying to capture the feel of a beach, she keeps her wallpaper as the Ocean Vista.

ANIMAL CROSSING WIKI

Lucha (マスカラス,, Masukarasu?) is a smug bird villager that first appeared in Animal Crossing: New Leaf. His name comes from the Spanish word luchar, which means "to wrestle", which also reflects his house's theme. His Japanese name comes from Mil M?scaras, a famous and influential Luchador. "Karasu" (カラス) is also the Japanese term for "crow" in English. It is either coincidental or intentional that they would give the name to a bird.

Appearance

Lucha is bird villager wearing a red luchador mask (this is evident when he blinks). He also has a zipper on the back of his head along with the bottom of his head looking hollow. His arms and tail are navy blue and his legs are white. He can be confused with being a jock villager, due to his appearance.

Personality

Below is a brief description of the smug personality.
Lucha has a smug personality. This means he will appear kind and gentlemanly when in conversation with the player. On numerous occasions, he will flirt with the player and admire them. Lucha will occasionally talk about being into niche hobbies, like being a train fanatic or collecting plastic bottle caps. He will be very interested in fashion and will mention it often in conversations and letters.

House

Lucha's house has a boxing theme with furniture such as the workout bench, a punching bag, and a wrestler wring. His wallpaper is the Neutral Corner and his flooring is the Boxing Ring Mat. In his CD Player, he plays K.K. Western.

ANIMAL CROSSING WIKI

Rod (ジャン,, Jean?) is a jock mouse villager in the Animal Crossing series. His name comes from "rodent", a category in which mice fall. His initial phrase, "ace," means "to succeed easily" and "highest quality," which will relate to a jock villagers competitive spirit. Like Nan and Walker, he was originally in the Japan-only Animal Forest e+, and returned in Animal Crossing: Wild World and Animal Crossing: City Folk. He appears on the album cover for K.K. Parade.
Appearance

Rod from Animal Forest e+.
Rod is a purple mouse with two white whiskers on the sides of his cheeks along with a black nose, smile, and two eyes which are white that have black pupils that shut when he is smiling. He has a tuft of blond hair that is covered by a blue and white striped beanie on his head. The inside of his ears are a bubblegum pink. He initially wears the Zipper Shirt when he first moves into town.

Personality

Below is a brief description of the jock personality.

Rod has a jock personality, which means he will have a keen interest in sports and fitness, making him appear competitive and in some cases rude when talking to other villagers, usually criticizing their fitness regime. He will appear slow-witted and absent-minded when in deep, meaningful discussions leaving him to make odd remarks or leaving him confused (and therefore walking off upset). He will get along well with peppy villagers, but will get confused by the choice of lifestyle followed by lazy villagers, who appear opposite to the jock personality. He may offend and upset snooty and cranky villagers, by questioning their physical fitness and age, but he will also get along with normal villagers, but may, on the rare occasion, anger them.

House

In Animal Forest e+, Rod has the same furniture styling as Ricky's house, only that he has the Palace Tile and the Wood Paneling as the carpet and wallpaper.

In Animal Crossing: Wild World and Animal Crossing: City Folk, Rod still has some of the pieces from the Ranch Series that he had from Animal Forest e+, including the Ranch Couch and two Ranch Chairs. Other pieces include the Green Counter. He has changed the carpet to the Old Flooring, and on the walls he has the Sea View. He has a Turntable that has K.K. March playing on it.

ANIMAL CROSSING WIKI

Rocco (ゴンザレス,, Gonzales?) is a cranky hippo villager in the Animal Crossing series. He is the only hippo to have appeared in every game to date, as well as the only hippo to appear in Animal Crossing: Wild World. His catchphrase, "hippie," is possibly a pun of his species. He appears on the album cover for Spring Blossoms.
Appearance

Rocco is a green hippo with peach colored hooves. Some of his dominant features include his flaring nostrils, large fangs, and angry-looking eyes. He has deep pink in his ears and in his mouth. He has eyelashes hanging from his eyes. His lower jaw is peach colored. His initial shirt is a danger shirt.

Personality

Below is a brief description of the cranky personality

Rocco has a cranky personality, which means he is very bitter and out of touch with social trends, he doesn't seem to get on too well with other villagers, specifically normal and peppy villagers. Though, he gets along fairly well with lazy and snooty villagers, as well as other cranky villagers, whom he will share deeper conversations with.

House

In his house, he has a turntable playing Lucky K.K.. He has two Ranch Series Chairs, and different series items. He owns a billiards table and Pinball Machine. He has an Old Flooring and a Stone Wall.

In Animal Crossing: New Leaf, he has a construction themed house with some typical construction items like a jackhammer, bulldozer and a danger cone.

ANIMAL CROSSING WIKI

Paula (レイチェル,, Reicheru?) is a peppy, but later uchi, bear villager from the Animal Crossing series series. She first appeared in Animal Forest e+, was absent from many games of the series, and returns in Animal Crossing: New Leaf with her personality changed to uchi. Her name may refer to a bear's paws. Being absent from many of the Animal Crossing games, her picture quote may be a reference to her sporadic reappearances, or due to the fact she wears a hippie-like headband from the 70's. She appears on the album covers for K.K. Dixie and K.K. Oasis.
Appearance

Paula is a brown bear with yellow hair and a headband, which is red and white. The inside of her ears are beige and she has blue eye shadow. She initially wears a Denim Shirt when she first gets into the player's town. However, in New Leaf, she initially wears a Pep Squad Shirt.

Personality

Paula's personality changes from a peppy villager in Dōbutsu no Mori e+, to an uchi villager in Animal Crossing: New Leaf.

In Animal Forest e+

Below is a brief description of the peppy personality.
In Animal Forest e+, Paula has a peppy personality. She will always have a positive personality, and will often invite players to hang out. She will get along with lazy, jock, normal, and other peppy villagers, but may annoy snooty and cranky villagers, due to her cheery and upbeat personality.

In Animal Crossing: New Leaf

Below is a brief description of the uchi personality. For more information, click here.
Paula is an uchi ("big sister") villager. She will have a tendency to be blunt with the player, teaching them how to "always win at fights" and ways to relax. She will also act like a caring big sister to the player once they become close friends. Paula may get along with jock villagers who share her love of sports, and lazy villagers for how laid-back they are. However, she may conflict with snooty and cranky villagers, who spread rumors about others.

House

In Animal Forest e+, Paula's house is almost identical to Bangle's, with the only difference being the Orange Tile and the Groovy Wall. Her reel-to-reel plays "K.K. Technopop."

In Animal Crossing: New Leaf, Paula's house has a couple items from the Cabana Series. She also has a few Patchwork Items, and there are a few plants around her house. She also owns a bubblegum machine and a drum. She has "K.K. Dixie" playing on her stereo.

MAC IN BOXES, free to adopt

ANIMAL CROSSING WIKI

Mac (チャンプ,, Champ?) is a jock dog villager in the Animal Crossing series, a character only available in Animal Crossing: City Folk and now Animal Crossing: New Leaf . His name, Mac, could mean anything, from dog macs (used for when it is raining) to a popular name for dogs, though it is likely that it is derived from the bulldog mascot of the Mack Truck Company in reference to Mac's bulldog-like appearance. His initial phrase is the sound dogs make.
Appearance

Mac is a brown dog with white paws and a cream-colored muzzle, possibly resembling a Bernese mountain dog, a pug, or a bulldog. His initial clothing is the Red Aloha Shirt. At first glance, he can be easily mistaken for a cranky villager.

Personality

Below is a brief description of the jock personality.

Mac has a jock personality, which means he will have a keen interest in sports and fitness, making him appear competitive and in some cases rude when talking to other villagers, usually criticizing their fitness. He will appear slow-witted and absent-minded when talking about deep, meaningful things. He will get along well with peppy villagers, but gets confused by the choice of lifestyle followed by lazy villagers, who appear opposite to his personality. He may offend and upset snooty and cranky villagers.

House

He has a beach and a calm island feel towards his house. My Place is playing on a cassette player to fit the calm and relaxed feel to it. But the feel of his house does not fit his outgoing personality. He also has a Barbel Steed.

Trivia

Mac's French name "Brutus" may have been inspired by an urban legend, of a glitch dog villager from the Gamecube version named Brutus who talks and sends letters in binary, and freezes your game when you enter his house.
He was mistaken as a islander, due to his clothing.

ANIMAL CROSSING WIKI

Apple (アップル,, Apple?) is a peppy hamster villager who first appeared in Animal Crossing: New Leaf. Her name comes from her pink and red fur. Her catchphrase is a reference to the cheeks of a hamster, which are able to store large amounts of food at one time.
Appearance

Apple's body is primarily pink. She has red ears, rosy cheeks, button nose, and a red stripe down her forehead. Apple has a bit of deep green inside of her ears and a light red/white on her underside. She initially wears the Lite Polka Shirt, and carries the Candy Umbrella on rainy days.

Personality

Below is a brief description of the peppy personality.

She finds it easy to get along with other villagers, but may become the center of jokes and gossip created by snooty and cranky villagers, and when either of two are rude, peppy villagers are rude back to them. She gets along with normal, lazy, and jock villagers, who naturally avoid making rude comments and share similar lifestyles with them, such as food with lazy villagers, activities with jock villagers, and typical, 'girly' discussions with normal villagers.

House

Apple's house has some items from the Polka Dot Series in it, as well as a bit of the Lovely Series. She has two Poinsettia near her door, and the apple clock and apple TV. She has a Red Boombox playing I Love You, and the Neutral Wall and Plush Carpet.
