when you find an amazing artist with a style that is perfect for your character and you manage to get a slot/place an order but they either accept and disappear forever or never respond to anyone and just vanish

I have like one art piece from a user here and it turned out like sht. I asked for a change but they said no.

On the opposite end when you only have art from users on here and you love styles elsewhere but have no means for getting art from Tumblr/dA users.

I'd love to get some but I can't get a job so I can't do RLC and it sucks.

a lot of art i've bought here is really shtty, i just suck at saying no. i remember this one time this person offered to draw my oc and the example they provided was semi good, so i accepted it and offered like 400 tbt expecting a good drawing. lol they completely butchered my oc and it looked terrible, but i had no choice but to pay them
