TBT Bell error!

I'm trying to transfer 48 bells for an offsite trade but it says that I don't have 48 to give. Just checking, I know I clearly do :c

The problem is that everytime you have .5 bells, it rounds up to 1 bell. So you could have 47.5, 47.6, 47.7, 47.8, or 47.9 bells. It's best to have one extra bell because of the estimation error.
