Ok, I'm on TBT on my New 3DS XL and it shows the mobile Bell Tree Forums (for smartphones) and how do I send TBT to other users on the mobile Bell Tree Forums?

But if you're on your 3DS can't you view the full site anyway? Then you won't have to try and figure it out on the mobile site. I have no idea how to do it on the mobile site, though.

you're able to view the site in desktop mode on your phone as well, just have to zoom in for some stuff though lol

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click full site. This should show the site as it is on desktop mode. >v<b
