Yes, but he said by the time MM3 ends. MM3 hasn't ended yet.
Did you not see what Farobi said? If no one joins by the time MM ends, he's in. We would like him to join, thus we have no problems with a 26 player cap.
If anyone is wondering, we would like a 26 cap for two reasons:
1) To fit Farobi in to the player list.
2) So the number of Town and Mafia is balanced. Example: Let's pretend numbers 1-20 are Town. 21-25 would be Mafia, and 26 would be Psychopath. If we had 24 players, Mafia would be a teeny bit overbalanced.

What does the mafia doctor(I think) do.... I don't understand, they will most likely help town instead of mafia?
It's a doctor who's mafia alained, meaning, it's goal is for the mafia to win

There is no Mafia Doctor? If you mean Scientist, they get to see who most likely has a blue role, so Mafia can kill.
I suppose the Scientist can help out Town if they wanted too. but that's just strange.
The only two Mafia games going on are Mini Mafia III and Mafia VI. This hasn't even started yet so I don't know what you mean by all these Mafia games popping up.

For me, it is.
The reason why this game will start a long time from the actual post time is because Oath requested we start when MM3 is close to over/over, because he doesn't want emptiness for Day 5. Mini Mafia III started early so "quite a while" can only be said about a few of the games.
We'll figure all that stuff out depending on what Farobi says.
(The WoTC victim is actually obvious, by the way.)
