The TBT World Championship is great, but you know what it's missing?
There will be two
Question #1: How many points will be earned in total?
AKA big math number time! Post the total number of points that you think will be earned across all teams (e.g. the sum of every team's points)!
The person with the closest guess will win 680 bells. If there's a tie, I'll split the prize between them all.
Question #2: What will the winning order be?
Which team will take 1st place (purple) and which will take 2nd, 3rd, and 4th? Post the order you think the teams will be in at the end. For example, if you think purple will be 1st, red will be 2nd, blue will be 3rd, and green will be 4th then just write "Purple, Red, Blue, Green"!
The person with the right order will win 489 bells. If multiple people make the same winning guess, I'll split the prize between them all.
489 because if purple doesn't win, the winner can still get 420 bells ayyyyy

Intermission: TBTWC Party 1
Welcome to the intermission, also known as super bootleg and totally-not-at-all-rigged
Here are the rules:
- I will update the placements of the characters based on the number of point changes each day (at whatever moment I feel like checking -- probably in the afternoon or evening).
Every 10 points the team gains from the previous day = 1 space moved (so 100 points = 10 spaces, and so on.) - Spaces work as follows: the green (!) spaces are special totally-not-rigged events, blue spaces are +6 coins, and red spaces are -6 coins.
- The star is where you see the little me: stars cost 15 coins unless you're purple in which case it's 10 coins, my game my rules
- The star will move according to my whims whenever they're taken. Multiple teams can get a star in one turn, and I will fully documents its movement. Again, totally not going to be rigged.
- Minigames will happen at the end of each turn (and will be based on forum participation in some way -- I didn't think this one through yet but I'll figure it out 'w')
- There will be 4 bonus stars: 2 based off movements in this little bootlegged game, and 2 based off things from the guesses! (stuff like 'most guessed to be #1' and all that. but that's not one of them. again totally not rigged)

Turn 1
- The Jolly Redds move 1 space and have landed on the (!) space at Resident Services!
Unfortunately for them, Redd is definitely not allowed on the island. Instead of booting them off though, all their coins get divided amongst the other players (so that's 3 each with 1 extra for the Bellflowers because I say so). - The Bellflowers move 47 spaces and pass the star, which they obviously buy!
The star then moves, and they continue their merry way around the entire map, passing the star again... but they don't have enough coins. ywy)... And thus they land on a blue space.
I could have cheated and moved the star in front of them but the game's not rigged! See? - Nothing happens for the Froggy Chairs and Blues Clues, but I'll count it as a green space.
- Jolly Redds have not moved, and so, they remain on the (!) space... which means they get taxed again! what a shame.
The 2 coins they got from the minigame are allocated to Froggy Chairs and Blue's Clues because i'm fair. see? not rigged! - The Bellflowers move 47 spaces, grabbing a star, and then landing on a Blue Space, not quite reaching the next star location. see!! totally not rigged!!!
- Froggy Chairs move 44 spaces and then land on a red space, losing 6 coins (or rather, 2, since that's all they have)
- Blue's Clues moves 41 spaces, grabbing a star! They then pass by the star again, but are too poor to afford it (because they only have 1 coin and it costs 15 what a shame), before landing on a blue space and getting 6 more coins.
- Jolly Redds passes the star 3 times. i know this is a mario kart track, but we're not playing mario kart. also they're too poor to buy the star. they eventually land on a blue space! congratulations! +6 coins!
- The Bellflowers grab a star, and then grab another one, before eventually landing on a blue space. again not rigged, i swear.
- Froggy Chairs passes by the star which happens to be right in front of them... and then lands on a red space. rip to their coins i guess.
- Blue's Clues stays put, getting 6 more coins-- enough for them to get a star! The star's right in front of them, so perhaps it'll be their's?!
- Jolly Redds pass the star but don't have enough to buy it, landing on a red space. im sure youll make it all back dont worry
- The Bellflowers grab a star, and then lap around a few times before finally settling on a blue space. they can buy 1 more star next turn at least, assuming they reach it
- Froggy Chairs make many laps, but cannot afford a star, and then... they land on the green space by the ramp! amazing!! they flip off the bridge with such yolo and swag that they slam into an item block and grab a star
operation status: sick!!
im proud of you - Blue's Clues grab a star and then land on a red space but its ok you only had like 2 coins

Of course there's prizes... and it's based off your guesses for #2!
The prize is a whopping 69 bells! (wow!! i'm poor and i don't know why you'd expect anything else of me)

+ a bit more cause i got more bells and donations -- the total is 138. which is 69 * 2 nice.
Terms and Conditions part 2
- if you complain about it being rigged and you're not on purple: your team loses 1 coin which goes to purple.
- if purple somehow loses i will cry
- if no one lands on a green space i will also cry. i have not decided what these will do yet but rest assured, they're not rigged.
- side effects may include high cholesterol. please check with your doctor before spectating -- high sodium levels may be induced if you are not on purple team. to rectify this, please switch to purple team.
- this board is low effort because im lazy. it's the model of the animal crossing mario kart track, and the icons are the flags. i do not want to draw backgrounds.
- why am i doing this? because it seemed like a funny idea and doing things that seem funny to me compels me.
