I got my first pink rose, and I also got another black rose. Overall I'm incredibly happy with my turnout so far (and also happy that Leif gave us another shift). I hope that lots of people can get their dream hybrids this week!

On that note, congrats on the blue rose!! I've never managed to grow one in New Leaf, but I'm nearly inspired enough to start up playing again and make the attempt once more.

Also so excited upon seeing the two bees! I hope that more will visit our flowers tomorrow as well!

yes, any new weeds grown won't expire but the old ones still will

Look Out For Weeds, Bees, and Lily of the Valley

Introduced for this edition of flower growing, look out for three new possible suspects to find their way into your line-up throughout the event!

• 
  Weeds: Sometimes when growing flowers, a pesky weed or two may appear and disrupt your line-up! These can be sold back to the Shop for 3 Bells or you can keep them as collectibles.
• 
  Bee Plush: Rarely when successfully growing a hybrid, a friendly Bee Plush collectible may appear in your line-up to celebrate! Buzz buzz!
• 
  Lily of the Valley: Rarely when successfully growing a hybrid, a beautiful Lily of the Valley collectible may appear in your line-up!

In regard to the weeds update, this will only apply to new ones grown starting tonight -- the originals from Tuesday and Wednesday night will still discard as planned. Additionally, please keep in mind that since these were originally intended to be temporary, it's possible the collectible design will be updated at some point in the future to look different.

Looks like I should've waited before selling my three Weeds I grew tonight. If I grow any more, I might keep those. Nice to see that popular demand brought about their permanent collectible status!
