Okay, I’ve already addressed the issue about the IGB slots weeks back. The shop is already closed. The waiting list is already finished. I have formally apologised. If you'd like to view my response, please click the spoilers:
I guess it isn’t enough for whoever this person is. They might've been cut deeper than I thought. I'm really sorry if you were hurt by this.
Please, it's best not to call people names just because you are upset. It would never resolve the issue. Take this as an advice and not an attack. I think it's best to confront people if you are genuinely concerned over this instead of going to another place complain. I've gotten people telling me to ignore posts like this but I know it will never fix the issue if I keep facing the other way.
Just to get things straight, they didn't need to wait for a month (technically, I finished the waiting list in a month so your argument is invalid). I have given a warning 1-2 weeks before taking out the IGB slots. They had plenty of time to remove themselves off the waiting list. I've agreed that I should have VMed them as well instead of hoping they'd check the announcement. It was on top of my first post and you've confirmed it yourself that you've read it too.
I don't know how many times must I keep stressing over the fact that it is not the customer's decision, but my decision to take out the IGB slots and turn it in RLC. It's not like I'm forcing anyone to pay for it.
You do know that out of the 50 artworks, I've only gotten 12 RLC orders right? The rest I've done for free. Yes, with fake currency, with freebies, with game money. All because I love art. I could have just ended the shop a week ago but I chose to stay for a month to do everything on the waiting list because I promised everyone I'd draw for them. I have literally drawn 15 hours in one day because I didn't want anyone waiting so long, and my pending flight to my college abroad-- which is tomorrow by the way, hurray!
I have no obligation at all to carry out your needs. Even if it was unfair to everyone, people who buy under my shop has to follow my rules. And I suppose to you that automatically makes me a bad person, huh? I am cruel to take down the IGB option. I am horrible to the people on the waiting list. I guess if this goes on, I'm fine with that. I'm okay with being a *****.

oh snap, i forgot to mention o vo i never actually promised igb/btb slots to anyone. again, pls don't assume. you post your order when you're in the slot, not when you're in the waiting list. that's why i ask people to quote their previous order or post it. it's called waiting list for a reason. you wait for your turn, i put you in the slot, you give me your order, i say ok, you send me payment, and then i draw your order.
EDIT: No one in the waiting list has paid before getting into their slot and they certainly did not pay 50 tbt for reservation. Only one person paid for this reservation and they were the one who suggested it. The rest paid at the proper time. Please look these things up before pointing fingers at me.

The maximum time I’ve waited for my payment was around 2-3 days, correct me if I’m wrong.
I’ve stated before I don’t need anymore IGB things. I’ve got over 50 million in my ABD and my wishlist has been granted. I don’t need anymore money. I do agree it was awful of me to suddenly change things. I’m sorry but I can’t do anything about that. My decision is final. Please note that I have no obligation to carry out your wants or needs. You are free to drop out of the waiting list. I am drawing commissions on my own free time, on my own decision. I am drawing commissions in exchange for fake currency for a cheap price.
