A campfire can be found in the woods.

If you go to bulletins, you can quickly scroll through the bulletins until you -eventually- come to where you'd find a campfire. There are only a few of them. Look inside those for a looming presence. Disrupting a campfire.

I'm afraid to say anymore in case it gets removed. Sorry! Hope this helps some!
