Username: Tell us your TBT username.
TBT Mafia Games Completed: Tell us how many Mafia games you have completed on TBT. Hosts with more completed games may be given priority in the queues.
Game Type: Tell us which queue your game will belong in. Generally, if your game is planned for 20 players or less, it belongs in the Mini Mafia queue. If your game is more than 20 players, it belongs in Mafia queue. More queues may be offered in the future.
Game Theme: If your game is going to have a theme, tell us here. Remember, you don't need to have a theme if you don't want!
Game Setup Notes: Tell us about the general planned setup of your game. If you don’t know, that’s usually a sign you're not ready to sign up yet.
