Has anyone else heard of this? I keep getting ads for it on Instagram; apparently it’s a self-care app that rewards you for brushing your teeth, making your bed, etc. You have a little finch pet that reminds you to do these things.

Personally I feel I don’t need it, but I see where it could be helpful if you’re depressed or have ADHD.

Has anyone tried this before? If so, what are your experiences?

I love Finch!

However there are a lot of times I forget to check in with my pet >< Aside from the tasks and self-care things, it also has a 'first-aid kit' for emotions and mental wellness. There's a lot of prompts and exercises they have available on the app! They really help me when I need them :3
I have a pet named 'Bucky', and my friend who invited me gifted me a wolf mini-pet that travels with Bucky ^^ I really enjoy the app. It keeps me stable and it reminds me to do things when I need reminders. Like taking my meds, brushing teeth, avoiding toxic habits, etc!

I can make my goals/tasks anything, or things that I struggle with doing. Anyways.. the app is really nice! ^_^

I have it but don’t use it very much. It’s cute. You get little notifications from your virtual pet, like “thinking of you!”, “you matter” and stuff like that. You can set tasks and then you get rewards when you finish them. But you don’t have to actually do the tasks, you could literally just hit ‘done’ and claim the day’s rewards instantly 😂
It’s a sweet little app. I wouldn’t say it really makes a difference to me but it’s a little bit of positivity and that’s never a bad thing.

I used it for a few months back in 2022, but I eventually couldn't keep up with it. I'm at a point now where I feel like I don't need it. but it is a really cute app, it's helpful for keeping track of stuff and also reminders for self care 💜

I haven’t heard of it before seeing this thread, but I think the daily affirmations are cute. I thought about downloading it, but I’m at a point now I don’t feel I need it.
