SIDE NOTE: I never played Melee or used a GC controller so I have literally no experince with this controller what so ever.

The GC adapter thingy is too pricey! So why not try this fabulous third party one? Sure it comes with only one port (or slot thingy) but let's be honest, no one in your family is competitive in smash and your friends beat you to a pulp because their just better than you. So why not have one slot so you can be the only one in the living room (Or where ever your TV is at) with the controller everyone uses! BUY IT NOW ON EBAY OR SOME OTHER RETAILER.
[I'm serious this thing is awesome, if you cannot afford the real adapter, this is the next best thing]
