You don't have to, someone will eventually come along to claim the spot. If anything you should maybe make an outter district male since you would then have two career tributes. Plus the career tributes usually fill up the fastest so i'm not too worried about it, I was only teasing around.~

Another thing is maybe you can post a photo of the Panem map in the OP. It will be helpful when rping to have due to it can determine who has been exposed to snow in the past compared to others who never have due to district placings. Plus there are alot of debates as to where districts are placed so a map you decide on would be great.

Personality: She grew into a rich family, but slowly grew away from them when she got in a fight with them. Personality: An outspoken and boisterous girl. She's mildly friendly, but due to the situation, she isn't going to be very friendly. She's neutral to everyone, but even a slightly rude comment will make her want to violently push you off a cliff. Due to being part of one of the richer district, despite her general neutrality, she still looks down on the people of the lower districts. Takes style above practicality in the Hunger Games. Very assertive and forceful in her ways.
(Requires glasses to see, but she only has a single lens, the frame and other was smashed. Lacking in stamina and requires lots of time to regain it.)
Abilities: Fairly skilled in electrics, but practically useless due to the lack of materials in the game. As a smaller kid, she enjoyed fighting with others with large thick tree-branches, so she's fairly good with polearms.

Personality: Cold, arrogant and distant, is very stern and hates to be talked back at. He likes to be in control and is a very well known fighter and an extremely good one at that, training all his life for this moment. He loves to fight and kill, as that is all he has known, with his father, mother and sister being both being surviving and victorious tributes in the past. He is extremely powerful, but his very short height making him looks less intimidating than he actually is. Despite this, Jean has an OCD when it comes to cleanliness, and requires most things around him be clean. Being an arrogant and unfriendly person, he finds it hard to make friends and allies, not that he cares, but deep down he seems to be suppressing a warm more gentle person, but this is hidden by his somewhat Tsundere personality type. He belongs to a super rich family who have high expectations of him, so high that failure would be a dishonour. Furthermore, due to this pressure he tries to hide his sexuality from them (being homosexual) and keeps his friendly side buried deep down. Perhaps in the games he may find someone who will make him open up more…
Abilities: Extremely agile, strong and is deadly with a sickle. (That’s myyyyy sickle in the cornucopia XD ) He is great at up close combat, but lacks when it comes to long ranged weapons such as bows. He prefers to get up close and personal. Thanks for everyone who has submitted applications, I hope it is not too much to ask for but could some people who have only 1 character possibly make a second? Just so there aren't too many NPCs, because I believe tonight might be a good time to start, also if you will make a character possibly choose one from a district with no tributes if you could, again entirely up to you though.

lol i'll look at the other districts and think of a thot to make. For me I tend to have a specific role when making a character that i'll gravitate towards and just alone will make a whole character inspired off of it; for example that's how Zora my child was formed. ((I already love her to pieces like the strugs of making characters)) Plus I want to avoid making a character that's based off another, even if it is subconsciously and I don't even realize it; i'm afraid that may happen if I make my D2 thottie but we will see. All I know so far is i'm vibing with a tall, arrogant, thottie already.

Personality: Hyper at times, but gets her work done on time, Forsythia is an extremely caring teenage girl. Maybe a little bit too caring, since she never thinks about herself. She has another personality, her name being Esmeralda Cascade. Esmeralda is typically greedy and will take what she wants, when she wants, whenever she wants. Esmeralda usually takes control whenever Forsythia is generally exhausted and can no longer move. Which is rare for her, no matter how tired she is, she's always full of energy and very bubbly. On the other hand, Esmeralda is violent and bold, and mostly everything that comes out of her mouth are obscenities.
Abilities: Forsythia is good with making traps, identifying plants of any kind (can tell the poisonous from the safe), and surprisingly for her size (standing at 5'3" and weighing at 115 lbs) she's terrifically impressive with hand to hand combat (such as strangling, kicking, punching, etc) and is pretty average when it comes to using knives. If she ever came in contact with any other weapon, she'd probably injure herself. (Forsythia's Weapon of Choice; Knives or Daggers)
As for Esmeralda, since she's a completely different personality, having diverse interests and abilities... Esmeralda excels with anything that has to deal with pyrotechnics, especially fire. Which is pretty much a let down, since the arena is completely covered with snow... Esmeralda is good with climbing and she hates to admit it, but she's also good at stealing. (Esmeralda's Weapon of Choice; Bow and Arrow)
