In 2003, The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker was released exclusively for Nintendo Gamcube. Unlike many other Zelda games, this game was set on the sea. Riding your boat called The King of Red Lions, Link would travel to various islands trying to rescue Zelda and restore peace to The Great Sea.

After restoring peace to The Great Sea, Link travels with Tetra on her pirate ship in their quest to find a Ghost Ship. When they finally encounter it, Tetra leaps onto the ship only to be abducted. Link, feeling rather petrified, decided to be heroic and jump unto the Ghost Ship but he falls in ocean instead.

I'm actually might be getting this game today. I won't read the review until I write my own though

;)
If you're a hardcore Zelda fan(like Shadow_Link_92), you may be a little disappointed. By the way, there aren't a lot of spoilers in the review(I think there are two but they aren't major spoilers).

You can send me your second opinion again.

Nice review, I agree with a good amount of it, but I probably would have given it a slightly lower score. Great job nonetheless.

I was going to give a 9/10 but I changed my mine just before I posted it.

^_^

Good review, though I don't entirely agree with everything, and I would say it deserves a lower score.

I'm not a hardcore Zelda fan, really, and I still wasn't a big fan of this game. Which is wierd, I loved Windwaker.

Yeah, I agree with Gengar. The review was good... but personally speaking, I'd give Phantom Hourglass a 7.0.

Yeah, I went there. Phantom Hourglass was a cookie-cutter Zelda game, unoriginal dungeons, returning to that one "main" dungeon all the time, Animal Crossing-like music, occasionally wonky controls...

The graphics were honestly its only saving grace. The controls were good for the most part, though...

Eh, I agree with you for the most part, but like the others said, maybe a slightly lower score. I was thinking 8, 8.5 at the highest.

I haven't finished the game yet.
I don't know how to get to the second dungeon. >_<

I was thinking of giving it a lower score(8.1-8.5) but I didn't.

What's wrong with AC-like music?

Nothing... in Animal Crossing.

But Zelda demands epic scores. AC-like synthesizers don't qualify.
