I was thinking we draw someone from a Random Name Generator and they give us a sing to listen to at least twice a week or somethin'.

How about we randomly generate a song from songs that were suggested over the week.
The song that is generated is the song of the week for one week.
Then people suggest more songs over the week.
I don't know if I explained it well or if it's the best system but...
