But, out of those 7, 4 of them are GMT, and I think Nixie and Hal are only about 1 hour apart, so that doesn't really work.

Nixie isn't Admin, Marcus.

I've done a LOT. i.e. The Forums twice, the AIO twice, posted events, reported to him on who are still active etc etc. So i wouldn't say he doesn't let us do anything.
