I think we just need to get several members with Capture Cards, since Erin is in Timezone EST (+5) meaning it'll be hard to co-ordinate events.

Also we need like a site advert with screenshots of the site, then an event advert, THEN a recruitment/welcome to MMC Video

We need to make another group lower than adminstrator and higher than moderator.
It'll make sure that we have less adminstrators.
I think that Tiernan (Box-Monkey) and Tyler (tazaza) should stay as adminstrators and Alan (Can't spell his username) and Hal should be in a staff role like Head Moderators.

Why not have an admin group which are 'heads of departments'
E.g. Admin:- Head of Event Managers.

To seperate the Admins out, I've created Forum Manager ranks for tazaza and Box-monkey being the original Admins.

Hal and Pachireecko are Admins still.

A brand new MMC division! MMC Town Renovation Team!

A brand new MMC division has just opened: The MMC Town Renovation Team. Basically what it is, is a team of MMC members sign up to certain jobs (flower arranging and things like that). Once there is a full team, the first test for them will be preparing my town for the up-coming games/ party night. Anyone who passed the test may remain in the team, and then people can hire us. It will be a bit more expensive if you're not in the MMC, but you'll have your own team of dedicated helpers.
