It's actually their choice to pay the Member Fee, I cannot force them to pay, but people who would like to join pay a one off Member fee and then get all the features of the MMC (Obviously not Founder and Staff Priviledges) but it's still good.

I joined the MMC and I enjoy the features that I got.

I have some questions for any Staff Member?

1. What is the difference between Event Manager and Event Co-Ordinator?
2. How would I become an Administration Member?

So, all you have to do is buy your way to the top position of the "club" and if you don't pay, you are just a person that makes the member list look bigger? Interesting. I see it now, that makes perfect sense. ^_^

In answer to your questions. A Event Co-Ordinator is in charge of all Event Manager's. They are also 3rd most improtant member in the MMC.
To get to Administration you have to work really really hard. You also have to be really trusted by Jason.
