Nature-5-Lots of flowers and bamboo.
Placement-4-Most houses are near each other, although the cafe could be a bit closer to Re-Tail and the police station.
Beauty-5-Pretty hybrids and PWPs.
Accessibility-4-Some villager's houses aren't on the path.
Appeal-5-Would love to live in this town, it's really pretty.
Cuteness-5-Very cute paths and PWPs.
Horror-0-Not horror themed
Theme factor-5-Everything was Japanese themed, even the inside of the houses.
Villager factor-0-No specific villagers
Houses-5-Two houses have a theme and the big one has tons of Japanese stuff.

About the paths: I didn't even try to make them reach every villager's house as they appreared at some places I really didn't want them to and it annoyed me a lot!! So I thought "Oh you want to put your house right in the middle of my perfect peaches orchard? Well, no path for you Sir, you'll have to walk in the mud!" ;-)
About the caf?, I really wanted it right between the town hall and retail but on the left there were villagers' houses (again...) and on the right, apparently, Marie (which is Isabelle's name in French) thought the cliff was too close... So I had to find another place, but still "Downtown" as I call that part of my town.
Anyway, thanks very much for that review. At least I know I'm going the right way! Still a lot of work to do though!
