Are the flowers really easier to bred this time?

Some seem to be.
In one of my past NL towns, it didn't take long to get a black cosmos, but in my current town, my orange cosmos are very stubborn and they don't seem to want produce a black cosmos.

Could the town rule effect the hybrid making perhaps?
No rule will negatively affect flower growth.

I was thinking it might make getting they easier but I guess that's a wait and see thing.

though if you want flowers to breed you have to water them daily
idk if you had to do this in CF/WW
Well that totally doesn't suck.
For purple pansies I think you have to get blue ones, then breed those for red pansies. The reds make purple.
Blue roses are purple and orange, they make red, those reds make blue. It took forever but purple pansies and blue roses are all over my beach

Would punnet squares have anything to do with probability? Are there recessive color genes?
