The villagers can be rude when you talk to them sometimes they see rude things about you even when they aren't mad or sad. has anyone experienced this issue happening before?

It's not an issue. It's how NPCs are programmed, especially in the original game. Some villagers were just mean. They'd be nicer to you if you befriended them, but they could just be outright mean.

That's just the way they act in the old games.
Nothing to be concerned about.

It's a normal thing that they act like that. Villagers in the older games used to be more rude compared to New Leaf. Now in NL, their personalities are just watered down so much. They are too friendly most of the time, especially the snooty and cranky villagers, which fits to them not at all. This fact actually bothers me a lot for a while now to be honest.
