I registered my copy of ACNL on Club Nintendo today, and I got the recommendation code.

My friend today registered his 3DS XL, and I gave him this code to enter on the e-shop, but the code doesn't fit? What do I do?

I think he has to enter the code on the Club Nintendo website first before he get's the actual e-shop voucher code.

(I haven't used my code so I'm not 100% sure)

Anyone got a spare code, really wanting this for the wife but not sure if she will like it. It will keep her out of my hair if I want to go on xbox. She loves sims and heard this is similar.
