It's a Western genre Japanese manga from 1949, that focuses on a rogue cop named Ham Egg and a Native American sharpshooter. It was written and illustrated by Osamu Tezuka, who also wrote and illustrated Astro Boy! I haven't read much manga, but it was interesting to know!
