I wish New Leaf had the villager house placements spots like City Folk had but with the ability to move them. Say when you start a new town 10 spots will be chosen at random but if you're mayor you can choose to move them. It would work like PWP's, you can demo one to build another in a different spot but you can only have 10 at a time. It would save a lot of time if you're someone who plot resets *fingers crossed for the next game* lol.
