I wish I had chosen one with a private beach. I'm always jealous of towns that have one >:)
Yours?

Oh, I have a private beach! Do you mean the one that is a beach with no dock on it? I have one! I barely go there though because I didn't make my path branch towards it and I'm too lazy lol.

I meant like one of those beaches where you have having to swim there is the only way to get on it :)

I wouldn't say that I regret choosing my current map, but if I could alter it so that I could see the ocean waterfall head on, I'd be tempted.

I have a private beach but I'd like it to be a a little bit bigger for growing hybrid red roses, hybrid red pansies, and hybrid orange pansies.

EDIT: And I would like my Re-Tail to be a bit farther from my waterfall and for a rock to not be smack dab in the middle of an area near the waterfall where I could build a PWP.

C'est la vie *shrugs*

Every single rock is pretty much in the way.

Oh yeah, this too. Nearly all my rocks are in the way. I got 2 by the train station and I was going to put some stuff there but now it's gonna be smaller. There's 2 in my roses, 1 right by my bridge, 1 right by my Re-Tail where I was gonna put something, 1 that would of made a good place for a villager to move in on, and 1 right by my plaza. Not too bothered by the last one but meh.

My map is kinda perfect. However. The only issue I have is where Timbra and Static decided to put their houses.
They're in the way of where I wanted to put a bridge. :( And I love Static! So I really don't want to restart.

Yeah, I don't regret choosing my map either. But I wish I would have thought a bit more before choosing it

There is no space for anything.
And now Hippeux is in the only place I could put my bamboo and trees.
Screw you, Hippeux. Screw you.

My only issue with my map is where Retail is. It's allllll the way in the back so it's annoying when I come back from the island. And I wish I have my river running vertically. That's about it for me. I didn't know that we could pick our town maps until I was pretty far into the came and resetting didn't seem worth it.

Nothing <3 I spent hours and hours choosing the perfect map and I'm 100% satisfied with it. Nevermore, resets!

I chose the very first map that popped up since I didn't know any better then but now I am too attached to all my villagers to let it go. I regret not checking out other options since it's a horrible, horrible layout but oh well - I've been working with it somehow.

My only qualm about my town map is how "narrow" it is since the river curves so much. It makes it more difficult to place PWPs, but I don't mind a challenge. The problem for me is that since everything is so narrow, I only have "one" small path to use if I want to go anywhere, and as a result, my grass deterioration is absolutely ridiculous even though I don't run at all. My entire southern half of the town is a desert, and the northern half is slowly turning into one, and barely even go up north.

I've been tempted to reset, but I think that I'm just going to ride it out and this point. I like to think that it's good to learn how to deal with the cards you've been dealt and not try to reset for some "perfect" map. But that's just my way of playing.

My river kinda makes my town a little weirdly lopsided. So I hardly ever step foot on 1/3rd of my town :/ One part's developing along nicely, the other... not so much. It's mostly forest xD

But it's okay, since 1/3rd of my town has nice grass still.

hybrid red roses?

I absolutely love my town layout. The only thing that bugs me is the area in front of my town station with a rock and a pond. I managed, though. :)

I have grown fond of my town map. They layout doesn't offer the most space, but it is comfortable.

My town has a lot of water, and long, narrow strips of land, meaning I don't really have that many wide open space to work with. It gives me a little bit less freedom with regards to PWP spaces, but I've grown to accept these flaws and appreciate my map.

I would've liked to have my town hall directly above my town plaza rather than to the right but oh well!
