Ok I have comprised a list of things that should be in the next AC game if Nintendo decides to make another AC game.
Alot of these things may seem very different from the usual stuff, but Nintendo seriously needs to try something different if they want to keep the attention of players who've already played the games before and keep the attention of new players.
1. Swimming Trunks - I have been wanting this since AC:GC, swimming trunks (or bathing suit for females) that allow you to swim in rivers, ponds, and swim out a certain distance in the ocean.
2. Bicycles - Or mini cars, I think it would be a nice addition that would make getting around town quicker.
3. More stores - The old Tom Nook and Able Sisters is getting old, it's fine if they keep those in but they should add something new inside of the town.
4. Secret Hideouts - Inspired by Pokemon, I think you should have the ability to make these to store items inside of caves that you can dig out of cliffs and build tree houses.
5. The ability to choose which animals are in your town at first, and the ability to change your characters skin color and type of hair at the beginning.
6. The ability to get a full time job.
7. The ability to own a boat, maybe go boat fishing....
8. The ability to date characters (It may seem weird since they are animals and humans but I think it'd be pretty neat.. like you could get gifts from them easier and other things...
9. Local Multiplayer - Like you could connect another controller and play two of the characters in the towns at once.
Things that should come back from AC:GC:
1. Morning Aerobics
2. Animals don't say the same things over and over and give you errands
3. The ability to choose different music tracks to different times, the soundtrack would have GC, WW, and new music.
4. Campers in the summer and people in igloos during the winter
