3 times because when I edited the post I didn't read all so it made new threads. Reason is that I was going to check if you could have really many letter in a purchasable content and get loads of bells, but I only got 6.1 bells for each thread so there's nothing you need to fix with that.
Btw why did I suddenly get 100 bells extra? :S

Yea. You just get all of the bells the person has unless it's a debt system. If you don't have enough at first, you just keep giving the rest of your bells until your debt is payed off.

No, the charge tag maxes out at 100. So if you charge 150 even, you'll only get 100. I can change that number though.
