where can I make a signature like some of the other members have, like what site? I know there's a signature generator on here but I want to make one of the more elaborate ones that have some animations on them and such, what site can I find that? I found the site with the little sprites

I think they were just made from scratch by the people who have them, but I could be mistaken.
