This is the Alfonso appreciation thread <3

Hello,

I'm making this thread purely for all the other Alfonso fans out there. We can all appreciate him and his cuteness together.

I feel like I'm the only one who is obsessed with him, so please prove me wrong xD.

Alfonso is my number one favourite villager- This is all started back in New Leaf, when I first started my town- Peachy. I had Alfonso as one of my starters, and I at first really wasn't that fond of him. But then over time, he really grew on me. (He's also the reason why I lazies are my favourite personality.) Now he's my baby, and I have to have him in every Animal Crossing game I play.
Tell me your stories of why you love Alfonso :3

When I was a kid I really wanted Alfonso because he had a Mario shirt he's really cool, I love his design, I would probably have him on my island if I didn't have Cube. Cube was another villager I always wanted cause he had a GameCube shirt in the GC game hahaha I also like Louie cause he looks like Donkey Kong and wore a Luigi shirt.

Alfonso is one of my favorite villagers of all time (I usually alternate between him and Kitty as my favorite villager). He lived next to my house in City Folk so I would always visit his house when he was home. Him being my next door neighbor, along with me liking alligators a lot at that age led to Alfonso quickly becoming my favorite villager in that town. I would regularly send him letters, often with gifts of fossils which he would display in his house. After he moved away I always wanted to have him back in a town but never was able to find him in New Leaf. Then once New Horizons released, I finally found him while island hopping. He now lives on my island with a number of fossils displayed in front of his house.

In short, Alfonso is amazing and it's nice to see others who appreciate him.

He's in my ACGC town, and he's very cute in the movie!

I like all the alligators to some degree (they’re an underrated special) and Alfonso is no exception! I like all the Mario references he had in previous games (I hope he still has “it’sa me” as his catchphrase) and as a gator he’s cute!
