This site is so inactive!

For hybrids, typically the X pattern works best? so there are spaces all around the flowers for a new one to spawn in:

X = flower, O = open space

X Pattern;

X O X
O X O
X O X

X O X O X O X
O X O X O X O
X O X O X O X

X = flower, O = open spot

Variation on the X pattern (good for multiple combos at once (eg. two red tulips in the middle row and the outer points are white or yellow)

X O O X
O X X O
X O O X

As long as you have plenty of open space for new flowers to spawn in, you should be set!

Edit: I just found this site, which explains different ways to lay out flowers for optimal hybrid growth!

My question is

X O X
O X O
X O X

Can the O be outside of those area. Like can it be for example (below picture)? Does it have to be two colors
or can all of my X's be various colors including hybrid colors? Can hybrid not produce other hybrids? Like can all
the X's be rainbow color and still produce hybrid?

O O O
X O X
O X X
X O X
O O O

And thank you for responding.

Ah hello! I'm going to link you to this, a hybrid guide I wrote out that's more thorough and clearer, and answers your question.

In short, yes you can have hybrids next to each other!

There's a chart in the link that shows you all possible flower combinations! Best of luck!

Hi I read your post before I asked this question but it still doesn't answer my question. Thank you for trying.
