Thoughts on Bill?

I want to know what are your thoughts on Bill the Jock Duck?

I think that for a Duck, his design might be simple but still looks like a chill guy. Also, his name in Spanish is Paquito! xD

The jock villagers are my favorite, so Bill is pretty cool, in my opinion. He’s my favorite duck villager.

Bill is an excellent Jock duck.

He is easy to get along with and does not overdo it with his personality. (Some others can’t say the same.)

I have him on one of my islands. It is one for all-ducks. That is a specie that can be underappreciated. The ducks are a delight. Bill is one of their best.

Bill is my favorite male duck, Molly is my favorite female. I've had Bill show up in almost all my AC towns. His design is simple, but adorable, so I feel like it's perfect.

I've had a Bill since New Leaf.He's a jock but there's something about him that makes him feel a bit less jocky.He actually wears the sailor outfit I gave him a while back.

I think I only had him on my old Wild World save (and also Pocket Camp?).

I think he’s adorable, most ducks are in the game. I just love them. Like others have said he makes the jock personality tolerable.

Bill is a great villager. I had him in new leaf. I have his Amiibo card and plan on inviting him just not sure when.

I like Bill! I think he showed up at my campsite once back when I was lacking a jock and the game was throwing every single jock at me via campsite that it could XD

I really love how some translations of his name are based on chocolate to reference the chocolate-y color of his feathers, that's super cute to me

I agree with everyone who said Bill is cute. I'd probably choose other jocks or other ducks before him, given the choice, but if he showed up randomly in my town, I wouldn't mind.

I remember I had Bill very very briefly in my New Leaf town I would happily have him on my island he looks cute and I love his dark wine red colour. I also like that he is a jock type I always like jock types basically my island is full of jock types haha.

I haven't had Bill before, but he seems to be a pretty cool duck. I'd probably invite him back in a future game if I came across him.

he’s a simple lad, and a very cute one at that! i’m not a huge fan of the jock villagers (dialogue and design-wise), but bill’s one of my favourites! i’d love to have the lil guy on my island one day. :>

This thread has reminded me that I never encountered Bill once since I played this game.

So from a person who never had him before, I think he looks pretty good. He is one of the very few duck villagers I like design-wise. Also, I adore jocks, so that's a huge plus and bias from me. If I ever find him, I'll invite him immediately.

Also, simple designs are sometimes better. And Bill is a good example of that.

Bill is a good boy. I haven't encountered him yet in ACNH (I don't think), but I'd definitely invite him to my island! A lot of the duck villagers are cute, but I think his colour and the tuft of hair on his forehead are particularly adorable. Jock villagers are also quite friendly and positive, which I like. On top of that, he has the play hobby, which is just too cute.

I think Bill is pretty awesome. He's probably right up there in the top 3 Jock villagers for me quite easily. I had him for quite a while in ACNH as my Jock villager before experiencing other villagers in general.

I had him in New Leaf. I think he's awesome, really great jock and duck character. Has a nice design, fairly basic design, but very effective. He's just a cool and a nice friend to have in general. For sure a top jock character for me. Would definitely recommend him to anyone if you happen to bump into him.
