Time travelling in AC Switch

I mean the games generally frown upon the player time travelling, so I honestly couldn't see something like this being implemented into any future games. If people want to time travel I'm sure they'll still have to go through the tedious process of resetting their clock all the time.

Sounds like an interesting idea. I don’t time traveling is cheating, but if you do time travel, you’re not playing legitimately.

It is kind of rubbing me the wrong way that people are saying it isn't a legitimate way to play the game. It's possible to do, and while it's frowned upon, there's no rule against time traveling and it generally doesn't affect anyone else, so it is still a legitimate way to play. It just isn't your particular style. There's nothing illegitimate about it. If you don't like it, don't do it. And don't visit anyone's town who does it. End of story.
