Tips on Dealing with this feeling?

So...recently, I've been dealing with this certain feeling. Not sure what it is. I just feel pressured from the amount of work in college. There are a bit more aspects of it. Certain family stuff, eating less and feeling more mischievous. Does anyone know what this feeling is and how to deal with it? Thanks.
 
Is it possible you're dealing with burn-out?? (Burn-out is pretty much when you struggle to function regularly because you're extremely worn out from emotionally taxing situations)

Journaling can be a really good way to help work out what your feelings are if you're struggling to identify them.

Therapy is also a good option if you have therapy options available to you- whether the feeling your having is debilitating, or maybe you don't feel like it's debilitating but you are starting to teeter in a more unhealthy direction, as a preventative measure.
 
Oh sorry I didn't see this. Sure, I can try journaling. I've been feeling a bit better though I still just get a bit tired every once in a while. If it gets too bad, I can try therapy. Thanks
