You say that if someone uses a character you like, it'll get a high rating no matter what. That's bias. No other way to say it.

• 50% character
• 10% font
• 30% background
• 10% any extra detail

Well that's a load of bull*censored.2.0*ting because who rates sigs on who's in them? That doesn't effect the persons sig abilities.

Wow.... Brush rape by the dozen my friend. This is a horrible signature, the colors don't match and the flow gets *censored.3.0*ed up at most parts. Honestly, a 4/10, at least for trying.

Oh, and the focal point's purpose is ruined, mainly because the brushes go over toon link. Consider not using brushes to make your background, use a gradient or a spark brush (displaced) .
