Anyone else accepted the fact that they're just totally obsessed with this game?
I've been playing since the 16th, and have 90 hours game play..
The first thing i think of when i wake up, is checking on my village, and my most visited website is currently this..

I guess its ok since i don't start college until september, so its ok to be obsessed, but still :L i have no idea what i'll do then, i'll have to restrict myself

Good thing it came out in the summer for you. New leaf has pretty much taken over my free time too.

In the morning I do my daily routines and on my way to work I just finish it up. Then when I get home I usually check gamefaqs boards and see if there are any good deals.

I played the game for almost 200 hours last time I checked, which was almost a week ago.

help

Yeah...I've clocked about 160 hours so far. I can't play too much because I just got my first break in the job market after graduating. You people who have the summer, enjoy while it lasts~

Oh, wow. You're nuts.

I've been playing since the 13th. I've spent 43 & a half hours playing. Most days I only play maybe 30-60 minutes unless I've something specific I want to do that day: e.g. visit the island. I consider this game just a little fun daily activity - one I usually do early in the day, around 9am-12pm. I've plenty of free time too because it's summer. The rest of the day I'm devoting to working on the screenplays for my JulNoWriMo projects (don't know it? Google it!), re-playing Final Fantasy XIII, and socialising with family/friends.

I'm definitely not obsessed. :)

I'm kind of not looking forward to Fall Quarter starting, because that means my AC playing will have to take a backseat to homework. *heavy sigh*

I actually am not as obsessed with this game as I thought I would be... I play an hour or two a day, but I figured it would be way more than that... I sometimes barely remember to do my daily routines on this game. I quickly finish them, and have no interest in really doing much else... I sort of am annoyed by this because I waited 7 months for this game, ripping my hair out over not having the game (not literally) and sometimes yelling pretty loudly that "I WANT MY STUPID GAME NOW!!!" (literally). I barely could do any school work, because all I wanted to do was sit around at home and listen to animal crossing music, with mounds of homework lurking on the coffee table in front of me. I have put 135 hours into this game since June 9th... Pretty crazy...

I am actually loosing my interest in this game, but I have nothing else to do.. BUT play this game... :(

I played wild world for probably 5 years, I accepted that this one would such me before it released. It's been a bigger time suck than I guessed though....shame I don't have a break to play it. I'm still finding a way to put in too many hours though!

My mother has informed me several times over the course of my life that I have a gaming problem, but I don't recall it being this bad. One particular Sunday, my mother insisted that I had to get dressed to go to church, and I shrieked in response, "WAIT! IT'S BEFORE 12 PM! I NEED TO BUY TURNIPS!"

Just another obsession. I have many in my life because I have too many hobbies. I enjoy my obsessions while they last as I know they won't last forever. (I did play AC:WW every day, faithfully watering my flowers and interacting with my villagers, for the past 3 years. ;) )

In the three weeks I've had it I've clocked up 89 hours so far! Every time I play I'm always on it for hours, I just get too carried away catching bugs and doing tours on the island!

I probably have an obsession. I have a routine of checking on what's for sale at the stores before work and when I get back and get done with everything else at home I spend 30 to 60 minutes playing/looking for what people have to sale and trade on this and other forums to add to my game.

Guess I'm a little bit obsessed with the game; I don't quite have hundreds of hours poured into it (yet), but I have spent a good amount of time on it. I have toned it down a bit since I first had the game, though. Nowadays, I only really spend about an hour on it to do all of my 'routine' stuff.
