Town name should be on it, feel free to do cursive or print, either is fine. Should be very girly, beautiful, angelic, soft and lovely. I know that isn't much to go on, but please make your own judgements as to what looks best!

Theme: Beautiful, floral, lacy, angelic, love, loving

I'd love to help you, but here's the issue:

ACNL patterns are 32x32 pixels, meaning that anything made has to be 32 pixels large. The game simply can't do anything larger, and that's much too small to have any sort of legible writing on it. If you try to put writing on a pattern, it jut becomes a mess.

I write stuff on my images all the time and it looks great. Not sure why you say this. There's even tutes on sizing for letters all over the net.
