I've recently managed to donated enough money to pay for the lighthouse/windmill that is put in your town if you donate 1 million bells. Even after getting the bridge and the fountain, I cannot seem to get the windmill. I donated enough for the bridge by itself first, and then after that I paid enough for the fountain and the windmill/lighthouse at the same time. For some reason neither pelly nor phyllis will talk to me about the windmill/lighthouse. Any help would be appreciated.
